MRC (My Resource Center) has implemented Single Sign-On, a system that matches your current GCU username and password to MRC.
To set up Single Sign-On follow the directions below:
STEP 1: When connecting from a home computer, enter your username and password (format is below). If you are connecting from within the GCU network, go directly to STEP 2.
STEP 2: You will need your Date of birth, your home zip code and your legal last name as they appear in MRC.
STEP 3: Click on the link titled “Start Single Sign-On” below to get to the set up form and enter the above information.
STEP 4: Click submit on the set up form.
STEP 5: Await receipt of the Account Activation e-mail at your GCU e-mail address (gcu.edu or my.gcu.edu).
NOTE: Please allow an hour for the e-mail to be received. Check your junk e-mail folder if you have not received the email within an hour. The email will be from Intersourcing_NoReply@Intersourcing.com. If you do not receive the email contact the Help Desk at (602) 639-7700.
STEP 6: CLICK on the link in the Account Activation e-mail to activate.
STEP 7: Add mrc-gcu.ultipro.com to your favorites in your internet browser or create a shortcut. This can be done with the link below.
WHEN CONNECTING FROM A HOME COMPUTER YOU WILL NEED TO ENTER YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD.
The Staff username format is CANYON\username (EX: CANYON\juser or CANYON\joe.user) and your password is the same that you use to log into your GCU computer.
The Adjunct Faculty username is in the format firstname.lastname@example.org (EX: email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org) and the password is the same that you use to log into the Faculty Portal.
